The Tales of Beedle the Bard

Title: The Tales of Beedle the Bard
Author: J.K. Rowling
ISBN Number: 0545128285
Genre: Moral Compass
What it's about: The Tales of Beedle the Bard highlight the wondrous  hallows that Harry has realized do actually exist. Through the tales of "The Wizard and the Melting Pot", "Babbity Rabbitty and her Cackling Stump", "The Warlock's Hairy Heart", "The Tale of Three Brothers" and the "Fountain of Fair Fortune" all have morals in it that teach children everywhere about how important love is, warn against gluttony and have other morals that are extremely important. "The Tale of The Three Brothers" is the most essential of the tales to the overall plot of Harry Potter, in which three brothers are given an elder wand, a stone and an invisibility cloak so all of them can in some way cheat death. This book is great for all Harry Potter fans and non-Harry Potter fans alike, if not for the stories than for the visuals as well.
Why It's Great: Every society has its own stories about morals. The world of Harry Potter is no exception. The Tales of Beedle the Bard that are so vital to the plot of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows are now in full force, complete with pictures and various other stories. The visual pictures are absolutely beautiful and it really talks about how one cannot cheat death and how important love is. These stories are really great to share with any child and tween, especially if they do not think books are important. It is so wonderful to have a book that provides supplemental morals to everyone.
